Hotels.com worse experience

This was the worst experience I have had in my many years of travelling to man international destinations. First of all Hotels.com overcharged me by charging a premium on this hotel the rates at the hotel were 50% of what Hotels.com charged. The place was horrible and not as mentioned in the described in Hotels.com. Everything was horrible
