The room was spacious, the upgrade along with evening bar amazing. The staff were polite. The bathroom layout could be better, the shower is a little weird and water always spills out the bottom. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay a lot.

Nice hotel overall. The buffet was delicious, with a wide variety of options and cuisines. The staff were attentive and professional. Cleanliness was about 9/10. The room carpet didn’t feel very clean and kept “shedding,” as I would find small balls of carpet fibers around the room. Check-in also took quite a long time and wasn’t as smooth or efficient as I’ve experienced at other hotels. Other than that, I have no complaints—everything else was good.

Everything was great except the shower. The shower had a strong odor of mold or mildew. I would’ve asked to swap rooms because of it but it was really late when we found out and had an early morning flight so we just dealt with it.
