First time visiting Delhi. This place has potential, but the following needs to be addressed: 1.Transparency in services - They advertised on Expedia that the place provides shuttle services to and from airport for a surcharge - booked and paid - called the hotel multiple times and was told they do not provide shuttle service. I was told to take a taxi for the airport- spend twice the amount of time getting to the apartment because the taxi driver didn’t know the location. Later a staff said they do provide shuttle and I did not book it properly - when I confronted the staff they retracted their version. 2. Retrain the front desk staff - I booked one room for 5 days and a separate room for one night. I paid for both a rooms- had my in-laws stay overnight - next day after they left I checked out of the one bedroom - I took two bottles of water from that room and took it to my room - I thought since I paid for the room then why not - the front desk told me to return the two bottles of water - very petty and embarrassing- train your staff to know who the customers are that are paying for the service.

Overcharged for early check-in

I chose to stay here due to it being close to the airport and also close to a bus I was taking to Jaipur in two days. Prior to arrival I messaged hotel/service apartment I would be arriving on an early flight and needed an early checkin. There was no response. I called once in the taxi and once I arrived I was charged 50% of my stay for one night for needing to check in 4 hours earlier than regular checkin. I finally found on the hotels.com website that they will charge 30%for checking in early but it does not say how early. I normally would have gone out somewhere until check in but I had been sick the entire flight and there was no concern that I was still unwell. I felt taken advantage for being charged an additional $28 for checking in 4 hours early. At other hotels I have never had this issue. I was also told I would need to pay for electricity and I did not find anywhere on here that it states electricity is charged.

I will give full marks for cleanliness, upkeep, and care for guests. I would recommend this to business travelers and families, those we are look for accommodation like home. The management also helps in providing known taxi services and is generally very helpful in providing information and assistance. There is a grocery shop just cross the road. Which will help you to get all your necessary things.
