On Friday night the hotel had a wedding party or something in the building. The music was so loud that I could not sleep even on the 5th floor. I had to wake up at 4am for my international flight. It was not a good night. I really like the hotel and other nights were fine. But this one night made it really bad.

i was running late for meetings and needed to leave at 8am and wanted to have some food packed so that i could have it enroute but was advised that i can only take away fruit and not cooked items like paranthas 😳. My room rate included breakfast. Surprised that the restaurant staff will only serve breakfast if you eat in!!

Hotel and Staff were excellent and entering the Hotel the Spa & Resort feel was evident, staff could not do enough for you and any request was acted upon without any delay, and everyone always had a smile.

We absolutely love staying at The Leela and have been coming here for the past 10 years whenever we visit India. The staff are truly amazing - so kind, friendly, and always welcoming with beautiful smiles. I’d especially like to mention Divya and Varsha at the Spectra restaurant for their exceptional service and for even remembering my name - very impressive😍 It always feels like coming home whenever we return.
