Paraíso Del Mar (Paradise by the sea) is a beautifully furnished and spacious custom home nestled on a hillside in the Del Mar Terrace area of Del Mar.

Enjoy gorgeous views of the Pacific Ocean, coastal cliffs and Los Peñasquitos lagoon, from the picturesque windows and balcony. Home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. Master bedroom: King bed, full Murphy bed and en-suite bathroom, 2 other rooms: Queen beds that share a full bathroom.

The Paraíso Del Mar vacation home is located 3/4 a mile from Torrey Pines State Beach/State Reserve, it’s a twenty-minute drive to Downtown San Diego and a five-minute drive to Torrey Pines Golf Course and the quaint seaside village of Del Mar where you’ll find local coffee shops, award-winning restaurants, popular beaches, unique boutiques and the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Thoroughbred Club and Racetrack.

This home has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are several beautiful and comfortable seating and entertainment areas indoors and outdoors. The outdoor space is well landscaped with a furnished foyer, kitchen with built-in BBQ and fire pit, patio lights, outdoor lounge and table for al fresco dining. Inside, you’ll love the large, well-appointed kitchen that has all you’ll need to prepare and serve a gourmet meal. There are two separate and spacious living rooms and the formal dining room seats 8 guests.

The primary bedroom suite has a king size bed and a Murphy bed with a full-size mattress and is accessible through the main house and also has a separate entrance. This suite has a kitchenette, dining area and bathroom. The two guest bedrooms in the hallway have queen size beds that share a full bathroom. A queen size self-inflating air mattress and 2 single futons are available for additional sleeping arrangements.

There is parking available for up to 2 cars on the right side of the driveway and free on street parking. Please note that there is a permanent tenant in the separate downstairs unit of the home that parks on the left side of the driveway.
