"We had an overall good stay. There were a few things that we didn’t care for. The pros: we liked the location, the room was very nice and clean. The coffee pouches were very good. The pool area was nice (other than the view) the parking area was ok. The cons: If your handicap in anyway you need to be aware that you will have to walk up and down many flights of stairs to get back and forth to the beach. We didn’t like the large sand dunes right in front of the pool which caused us to have no view of the ocean from the pool area. The balcony is very tiny, there’s only room for 2 people and no leg room while sitting. We were not informed we would be charged $10 for each day to park. We already paid for the room, why do they think it’s ok to not provide free parking to their guests who have already paid a decent nightly rate. The front door and balcony door were extremely hard to open and close. The room service was decent but it seemed to be a struggle for us to get clean towels and coffee. We would wait for several hours then get frustrated and have to track down housekeeping. Who spoke little to no English and struggled to communicate with us. We ended up walking away with less than what we needed. Overall if was an ok stay. We will not be coming back here. Because we have stayed in other hotels or condos and had a much better expertise for the same or similar cost."
