Keycard won’t Open the building door. Had to go back to the lobby. Peraonnel Wasn’t there and lobby doors were locked. Its freeze outside can’t get anyone in the phone at the hotel to open the locked lobby door and corporation support is leave a message. After personnel came back keycard was re-keyed but now Room we were given was used. Had to go back to the lobby and get another room but there were no more king beds only a room with two double. And one of the coldest nights in Pensavola
