We had 4 small chidlren in our group. The property was in a great location and had a nice outdoor space for BBQ meals and out door activity. The beach was right out our door which made it so easy to run in for lunch and nap time. The facility had some normal wear and tear but was clean and comfortable. We had a great time.Virginia Myers

We had a great experience at this property. We had 15 in our party and could have slept a few more. We are already trying to come up with a date to do it again. We will be back. The place is in great shape. And clean.

We had an incredible experience at the Sand Castle. Absolutely perfect for our big family. Stunning views. Easy to check in and out. Everything worked. Everything we needed was there. Host very accommodating. It is a beautiful property.

This place is fantastic !!! The house itself is amazing, lots of room for everyone. The furnishings are high quality and very comfortable. Everything was well thought out when they were designing the layout. There was 18 of us for a college graduation. Not one of us complained about the cleanliness- it was spotless. We had the best weather along with wonderful sunrises. We did not have any issues with the property - the kitchen was stocked with everything anyone would need on a trip. Check in/ out was very easy along with communication w / the owners. We will be back to place in the future - great location and great accommodations.

It was the perfect amount of space for our large family and we loved waking up to the sound of the waves every morning. The home was beautifully decorated with very comfortable beds and sofas. The pool room and game room are great touches and provided entertainment for all. I loved that check-out wasn’t extensive as some we’ve stayed in. I do feel the home would really benefit from a hot tub on the deck, as it was very cold a few of the days of our stay and would have been nice to have. We would book again in the future for our family gatherings.

We had a great time, the house is great for a large party. The unobstructed panoramic view off the back porch to the ocean is beautiful. But, this house could use those final touches which have to mentioned in pervious reviews. You'll definitely want to bring all of your toiletries especially important for those traveling with limited luggage. They only provide a bar of soap and thin towels.

The host was amazing and it was easy to communicate with them prior to check in! The beach view was beautiful. Kitchen was stocked and organized and the living room was nice and specious. Pool table and pong table provided hours of fun. Our only issue was the toilets periodically not flushing and due to it being a holiday, I chose not to put in an emergency call. Everyone used the master and downstairs bathrooms. The door handle in the in-law suite came apart and I again chose not to call because it was an easy fix for us to do. I am sure they would have fixed the problems but our booking was over a weekend and went into a holiday weekday. Overall it was a great house and location.

Our family enjoyed this house on the beach, plenty of room gif everyone and the guest house with full kitchen is a definite bonus.

Annual Family Vacation

Overall we enjoyed the property - the views were awesome and the access to the beach was great. Everyone from all ages enjoyed the stay and the loaction of the home is in the perfect spot so if you need anything it was a quick ride. Any issues that were had were solved quickly and in a timely manner.

Our stay was nothing short of amazing! The home was beautiful and well kept! We may never have to look for another beach house again. The host was extremely accommodating and kind! Aside from being gorgeous the home was right on the beach! 10/10!!!

Amazing home and host

We had a wonderful stay at the "Sand Castle". Right on the beach and the perfect setup for a large group. Communication was prompt and the property was well equipped. You can't go wrong with a rental here and we'd welcome the chance to stay again on a future visit

Wedding weekend!

We came to Florida for our daughter’s wedding. We wanted to stay somewhere by the beach for a mini vacation as well. The house is beautiful, spacious and had plenty of room for our family and some friends. We would love to stay there again sometime.

Oceanfront staff retreat

We rented this property for our annual staff retreat. It exceeded our expectations with a patio and steps to the beach. We were beachfront and had a beautiful view from inside house and the spacious patio. We had 20 people and it worked great for us. Plan to visit again int he future.

A large house in a stellar location right on the beach — so convenient and desirable for our family reunion. Ample kitchen and seating. The reconstruction around the front door and walkway was unfortunate. When WiFi & AC broke down, repairs were made the same day.

Great family stay!!

There were 15 of us staying at the house for 5days and we loved it! Being on the beach was definitely the highlight of our stay. The house was clean, the managers were in contact with us and very responsive to anything we needed. The house is older but they have done a pretty good job of remodeling and updating. And the decor is super cute. Thank you for such a great stay! It was a very relaxing vacation in much needed warmth!!!

Beautiful huge house

We had a family reunion and had a great stay. Kitchen was well stocked to make meals for 14-20 people. The view was spectacular. There’s some external repairs going on but inside the house was impecable. The beds were all nicely decorated and ver comfortable. Will likely try to return every year.

Family reunion

The house was a perfect choice for our family reunion. There were a few minor issues but they were resolved almost immediately. The best location, the best beaches, and the amenities are abundant. The only thing we wish for is direct access to the beach, but we managed. Would definitely return to this house for our next reunion.
