Gorgeous DIRECT OCEANFRONT 3 BR/3BA northeast corner end unit on the 9th floor boasts breathtaking unobstructed views of the pristine NO DRIVE beach. See amazing sunrises from the expansive windows in the living room and master bedroom. Relax and enjoy the ocean breeze on the large balcony. This spacious unit is beautifully decorated with professionally adorned decor. The open floor plan provides a great venue for entertaining. The kitchen is fully furnished with range, refrigerator with icemaker, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, coffee maker and keurig, blender, cookware and dishware. The split bedroom design in this 3BR/3BA offers privacy to each guest suite. The primary bedroom has a king bed set and the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have two queen beds in each room. Unit sleeps 8. There are flat screen tvs in the living room and each bedroom. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer are located inside unit. The no drive beach provides endless hours of sun and fun. Unit is assigned one upper level parking place. Unit has cable, internet and phone. No Smoking.

This popular family friendly oceanfront building is conveniently located approximately 1 mile south of the Port Orange bridge on the traffic free beach in beautiful Daytona Beach Shores. Amenities include spacious oceanfront balconies, heated oceanfront pool, BBQ grills, sauna, fitness center, tennis/pickleball court, shuffleboard, basketball court, card room, library and club room. Shores club is pet friendly and a weekly minimum rental building. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.

Exceeded Expectations

Condo was exactly as advertised. Even with Milton tearing through just days before our stay. They took every measure to keep it in tip top conditions. Management was point on with communication. Extremely kind and welcoming. Breathtaking views. Ocean side was a little too windy but was lovely to listen the waves at night. River side had chairs set up as well which wasnt expected as an option. Master bed was amazingly comfortable. Very dog friendly our 2 pups enjoyed just as much as our 4 kids. Would definitely stay again. Residents that lived there were extremely friendly and helpful. Thank you for helping make our family vacation memorable.

Family Beach Trip

Unit was nice and most essentials were provided. Could have used more towels, washcloths though. I would have preferred a chaise lounge on the balcony instead of so many chairs. Chaise is more comfortable for older and short folks. It was strange that there were no reading lamps and tables and that made reading difficult especially since there were so many books in the unit.

Wonderful vacation

Our condo exceeded our expectations. We were with a group of friends and we took a “condo hop” between the 5 condos and ours was by far the nicest of them all. Beautiful beach area and great restaurants within 10 miles.

Condo on the beach

Family trip. Our only complaint was lightening in 2 of the bedrooms, only had lamps and no fans. Being it was and end unit, the sun beamed on one of the bedrooms and it got hot.
