Everything was perfect. Awesome employees at this location. Friendly Staff, Clean Rooms, nice environment. Our 3rd year in a row that we have stayed here during the Christmas holiday. We will be back next year! There is one irritating thing here, that has never gotten fixed: No water pressure while taking a shower. I don't know the reason why it has never been fixed for the 3 years we have come here. However, the positive, far outweighs the negative. Not a deal-breaker.

Hotel system was down and could not check in for 1.5 hours. Internet very spotty and which made it difficult to complete work assignments. Key was deactivated and were locked out of hotel and room and had extreme difficulty getting new key because check in was not processed correctly on check in. Saad at the hotel desk was very helpful and apologized for the service and issues we had with the other employees. Hotel was clean and breakfast was average. I would not recommend this hotel.
