The place is a dump cannot believe that it's on this site. I was told they are closing in a month we need to close now

Nice hotel close to the beach, but need improvement.

very nice room with ocean front. the rooms were clean but everlything needed some update paint, general upkeep. no cont. breakfast. they do need to include that in the room price

Hotel staff was very ignorant, starting at check in, thru the entire stay. Room wasn't as described, full kitchen but not stocked with cooking items. the one trying pan was crusty, rusted and gross. the refrigerator was completely disgusting. No couch in living area. Elevator took forever, when it was even working. Vending machines on property did not work. the room service, was not on site, if you wanted it you called and placed an order off site and it wld be delivered. The ocean view room was a joke, we cld see a partial view from the side barely. overall extremely disappointed. location to the beach was great, but the pool was much smaller and not cleaned

Hotel is outdated, in disrepair everywhere and needs a good cleaning. pool was murky and sides were filthy. elevators and common areas needed maintained and just could use some tlc. Hotel is old but can still be repaired and maintained. Microwave was cracked inside and could be very dangerous to use.

Wonderful beach view. Easy beach access. Not as busy as Daytona which makes it ideal, yet you are close to the Daytona attractions. It is an older property but well taken care of.

The hotel was decent. However, when I booked I played for an ocean view and I got put on the side and could barely see anything. I wouldn't have paid extra for a partial view. When it says ocean view that's what you should get.

AVOID! I booked and paid for my stay months in advance. Paid an extra $10 to upgrade from "Oceanfront" to "Oceanfront - with a view". I traveled 7+ hours with 3 small children to be given a room on the bottom floor with a parking lot view. (Pictured) The room smelled musty, rusty fridge/oven and just an overall basement feel. The entrance to the room was located in the main elevator corridor and was very loud. I did not feel safe sitting out there at night. I didn't feel like I could leave wet bathing suits/towels out to dry or any other personal belongings out there without them being stolen. The hotel had no vacant rooms available and told me that they would try to move me in the morning but could not guarantee it. It became clear that my room had been given to another person. The front desk employees were cold and not willing to help. Not my problem kind of attitudes. I was not offered a discount for the first night. I paid full price for a room that I under no circumstances would have booked or travelled for. I contacted Orbitz, spoke with 4 representatives but did not receive any solution. Thankfully, the following morning I was moved to an oceanfront room with a view but I will never stay at this hotel again or depend on Orbitz to take care of my reservations. Aside from that issue the second room was clean and comfortable. The pool was nice. No handicap access to the beach. Elevator expired in August of 2017. The hotel was close to shops and dining.

Decent hotel for price. Close to beach. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Staff was helpful.

Clean room, nice amenities. The view was nice! Staff was okay at check-in, not the friendliest but that was the only interaction. Housekeeping staff very nice and accommodating.

Reserved partial view room so we could at least see the ocean from out balcony. It was a first floor room with a view of a bush and the front of a pickup truck five feet away. No view.

The room smelled, carpet old, paint peeling, very noisy, broken light fixtures, broken beach shower, blow dryer caught on fire and had to be replaced. Checked out early.

The staff was very accommodating. Roll-away bed for an unexpected guest was much appreciated. Efficient maid service. Quick response to any need.

This was a great hotel. Right on the ocean front. We had a room with a view and the room had everything anybody would want

Upon arrival I was disappointed on overall condition. That same night the elevator did not work and I had to use steps to get to the 6th floor. I’m 70 years old. The stairwell was dirty and stinky and I didn’t know if I would have to find and move to another hotel. There was a door to the balcony that the knob did not work well. At one point I had to call for someone to open it. I was afraid to close it completely the whole week for fear of getting stuck on the balcony. The shower on the beach approach did not work to wash off after being on the beach. I overheard a hotel employee saying $200 was ridiculous to have it fixed. A hose was laid elsewhere to wash off with. The pool appeared dirty because everyone washed their feet off in it. Only once did I see a pool guy. It was clear tho. Overall disappointment. The room did not have kitchen as pictured. I would not recommend it unless you want a cheap room.

Staff so pleaseant, price is good easy access to local area

Hotel was ok. Not as clean as I would have liked. Carpet made feet dirty brown! Wear socks. The beds were the best part. Very comfortable and pillows were nice. Had good sleep so all in all would stay again. Pool was always in shade so not used at all. Beach access was great. Internet was horrible unless only going for emails.

Room was what I expected until I got to the refrigerator door. It was rusty and kitchenware was lacking.
