This penthouse is an upstairs penthouse that has it’s own private entrance and a keypad lock for additional security. The penthouse is very quiet as it’s an upstairs unit and provides all the amenities a traveler could imagine (spices, condiments, complimentary coffees and teas, high speed WiFi, TV, Roku streaming). Great place!

I stayed 2 nights and it was a great experience. The unit is exactly like the pictures and the parking was easy on the street right in front of the house. Check in was very easy. Property located in the historic St. Ann's district and very close to University of Dayton and walking distance to Oregon district. Gretchen was very responsive. I would definitely stay again if/when in town.

Beautiful, Comfortable Space in Historic Area

Excellent communication from our host from beginning to end. We loved the vibe and furnishings of the apartment! We had the best night’s sleep and a fabulous view of downtown through the bedroom window upon waking up. The neighborhood is quiet, parking is so easy, and it’s close to everything. Thanks for a wonderful place to stay!
