Bright, spacious and functional, this beautiful apartment offers you all the comfort you need for your stay. A 3-week treatment package is offered all year round. An essential address to recharge your batteries in the heart of one of the first spa resorts in France and discover its heritage as well as the Landes coast. The apartment is located on the second and top floor of a residence. The two balconies with sun loungers extend the interior living space and invite you to daydream. It has a private closed garage of 25m² allowing your vehicle to be parked in complete safety. It is composed : - a beautiful entrance with large cupboards, - a large living room with lounge (TV, stereo, WIFI), dining room, - a fully equipped independent kitchen (gas hob, electric oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher), - a bedroom (1 140x190 bed), - a bathroom (with bathtub, washing machine and dryer), a separate toilet. - A second bedroom (with 1 140x190 bed) can be offered at your request for a maximum capacity of 3 people (supplement of 12€ / night). For your comfort, sheets, bathroom linen, household linen as well as heating, water and electricity are included in the price. You also benefit from reversible air conditioning.
