Nice and friendly staff from reception to restaurant, cleaning staff, spa and thermes. I had a great week, good food and friendly atmosphere. 5mins walk from main shopping street , few min drive from train station

Clean and well kept room

Clean well kept quiet modern room, if anything a little small but as it was a stopover that wasn’t a problem. Breakfast was good in a well kept restaurant

The lcoation was superb, right in the middle of Dax and the staff and check in were great, but the hotel was a little tired and basic. Was plenty of parking outside the hotel on the street for free and they also have a small carpark close by. Overall it was a decent hotel and for the price was value for money.

False Advertising - it looks like a wonderful spa hotel on the pictures. I drove by twice before I saw the hotel lobby in a grey building, on a street that looks like a seedy suburb. Room was good (electrical shades and nice bathroom), but no restaurant (everything closes at 9pm around there). Breaksfast system with Covid 19 was long and inefficient...long line before you get seated, but breakfast is ok (felt bad for the staff that had to run around) the pool was only open at 10 am (by then we had left the town) Advice : go to Orthez (much nicer city)

Bit disappointed

The only reason we picked this hotel was its spa and pool area. When we got to the town, there was a huge festival going on, which at first was cool! Then we found out that because the hotel is in the middle of the city (great location), we can't get to it, all streets are blocked. Receptionists do not speak any English, the only person that does is a busy waiter. Spa as well as pool were closed, and couldn't use it the next day, not sure what the reason was. They told me it doesn't open till 4pm but as we were checking out there were people in the pool, highly disappointed! The room itself was good, with pretty comfortable bed, and it had a Coffee maker in the room!!!! Not many hotels do.

Personnel décevant, plus préoccupé par ses tâches que l'accueil du Client, tant à la réception à attendre la fin d'une longue conversation au téléphone de la réceptionnaire, qu'au Bar, obligé d'aller chercher quelqu'un, qui m'a demandé d'attendre, ce que je faisais déjà et qui après m'a invité à commander vite. L'efficacité du personnel a cependant été relevée pour demander le paiement des taxes de séjour, jusqu'à immobiliser ma compagne à l'accueil... Enfin, les photos sur votre site sont trompeuses, pour donner l'impression d'un hôtel design, ce qui n'est le cas.

Sur l'ensemble du sejour je suis assez déçu, car jai constaté plusieurs faux pas , les oreillers qui donne mal au cou sur la durée, que le spa soit payant pour les résidents de l'hôtel, nous sommes très limiter pour le petit déjeuner ( et les saucisses ainsi que le bacon ne sont pas vraiment savoureux), la salle de bain est lagement trop petite Mais il y a une grande télévision dans le chambre et malgré que le spa soit payant il est pas mal
