Location-quality-price very good!
It was the 2nd time to stay here. Very good maintained building, everything works very good. Hot water, wifi, kitchen, beds are perfect. Nice view over Davos from our balcony and a sunny position. The swimming pool with table tennis are a great extra bonus. The host is kind and efficient. For us the place to stay in Davos, next to the walking promenade to the Schatzalp and the Paarsen skilift.

Bardzo fajne miejsce
Obiekt położony w świetnej lokalizacji bardzo blisko wyciągu 300m ścieżką,na zboczu góry.Mieszkaliśmy na trzecim piętrze i z okna roztaczał się piękny widok na całe Davos i sąsiednie szczyty.Sam apartament choć lata świetności już miał ale wszystko było czyste działające i dobrej jakości.Znajomi mieszkający trzy pokoje obok już mieli apartament odnowiony.Ale i tak gorąco polecam to miejsce.Niezapomniane wspomnienia świetny ośrodek narciarski i duuużo śniegu.

Winter stay for skiing
Perfect location - very close to to the Parsenn funicular, supermarket, bakery and pharmacy - all about 100 m from the apartment. The apartment as it self is very basic, and when it comes to interior design, it is a real time machine - it takes you to the late seventies. It is possible to park your car in the garage, what is an advantage especially in wintertime during snowing. I didn't use swimming pool and sauna, but it is possible.

Die Wohnung war praktisch mit Schrankbett. Ideal für 1 bis 2 Personen. Die Küche ist im Korridor untergebracht und ausreichen. Das Bad mit Dusche. Ein Aufzug führt zur Rezeption und zur Garage. Eine wunderschöne Sicht über Davos.
