Horseshoe Lodge Canaan Valley

Large house with a porch that wraps completely around the house! A beautiful view from all sides. We love the outdoors and we bet you do too. The yard has several Apple trees which our kids love to climb and they also love to watch the deer come and eat in the evenings. There is also an outdoor firepit for smores during evening gatherings. The inside is great for large groups as well. The kitchen, living and dining areas are all open concept and there is a dining room table which can seat 10. The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms and a loft.
We feel really lucky to be able to share our house with all of our family and we hope that you will share it with yours too!
The vacation home is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and 3.5 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 4 bedrooms and a dining area. Guests can expect to find free WiFi and a Smart TV with a DVD player. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a fireplace, and a coffee maker.

Our hosts were amazing. They were quick to respond to any questions and are even helping me by mailing back a pair of snow boots I accidentally left behind. Above and beyond. The house has ample space to spread out for a large family group or friends. Two washers and dryers. It is well located, close to both Canaan and Timberline for skiing. They stock pods of coffee and tea and the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and spices. Note the fireplace is not functional for guest use. Overall a very nice stay for our large group of friends with kids.

Can't wait to return!!

My sisters and I brought our families for an extended weekend. We had almost 12 inches of snow fall and the location was perfect! We have stayed in many different places in Canaan and this house was by far our favorite. The house was clean, comfortable and well stocked. The owners were easy to get a hold of and quick to answer all of our questions. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The wrap around porch was perfect! We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful place to make our memories.

Horseshoe Lodge Canaan Valley WV

Great house and location. Spacious, well designed and the perfect layout for family gatherings that offers privacy too. Well stocked kitchen, wrap around porch, huge grill. We had a long peaceful autumn weekend , and slept better than we have in months!

Men's retreat

despite being rained in almost the entire time we really enjoyed the wrap around porch. We were able to sit outside and still enjoy nature. My father, son and best friends slept comfortably, it was peaceful and easily accessible to everything.
