Pretty area. Restaurant wasn’t open. Hard to regulate the heat in the rooms.
For an older lodge, it was clean with a firm bed, new carpet in the room and the Sawmill Restaurant had really tasty breakfast. We would stay again at the Alpine Lodge!
It was what I expected. It was clean and in a good location. The restaurant connected was awesome. The mattresses are not good. But its an older hotel. Did not sleep well due to the bed. If your not sensitive to what your sleeping on it's a great deal.

Too many units for the area cheapest motel around 70 per nite Davis we has population of 700 and the alpine cannot compete with the two state run resorts for labor or services. They may do well in ski season and on weekends
