I was disappointed with my stay the only tea bags in the dining room were herbal ( no English tea ) the shower kept going hot & cold & the fire alarm went off for some reason but no explanation or apologise were mentioned from reception or management

The place itself is big, full of facilities and nicely decorated. It's biggest asset is it's people. We were treated so well from start to finish for our whole stay. Polite and courteous and also good humoured and friendly.

Clean and spacious room (excellent work by Marilena). Tea, coffee, and biscuits were provided. The pool was a decent size and very clean, with both a steam room and a sauna available. We booked a very affordable half-board option with breakfast and dinner included. Dinner was exceptional, both in presentation and taste. The breakfast hall was large but quite busy, so we had to queue for a bit; however, it was well stocked, and staff replaced finished items quickly. Vegetarian sausages were also available. All in all, a great and relaxing stay with my family.

the staff were wonderful however the rooms were not very clean ( sorry) and there was no phone in the room and no socket / lamp on one side of bed there was a fire alarm and we couldn’t even rush reception to check it was real

The room was lovely i b9oked forvmy son and his girfriend as they just got engaged, and wanted them to enjoy the lovely spa ect, a d they said it was the best thay said everything was so lovely thank you so much. The staff was frienly, the room was lovely , the gym was good the spa was amazing and they cant wait to visit again thanks again x

Very disappointed that the jacuzi was closed, nothing was mentioned on the web site and we found out it has been closed for a few months!! Sauna was only 70 degrees should have been 100. Steam room door dudnt close so all the steam was coming out of the room. Our room was very basic, quite old fashioned. Wouldn't go back in afraid.

I want to thank all the staff for a wonderful service with a smile . Couldn’t fault them at all . Both during check in, check out and throughout our stay. One thing I could say about our bedroom is, although the bathroom can do with some makeover our bedroom was very clean, heating system was hot which we appreciated. 🤗. It can be adjusted accordingly and there is also fan in the room. During breakfast, we were shown around the restaurant area by a very courteous staff thank you . The breakfast itself, sausages let it down slightly but everything else was perfect. During our stay , we used the spa facilities. Which is located outside the hotel building just a few steps away . Well equipped gym, and we enjoyed using the sauna and steam room throughout our stay. Such a beautiful hotel with many areas to sit and relax. We will definitely visit again when the weather is nice in order to walk around the beautiful grounds.
