I want to thank all the staff for a wonderful service with a smile . Couldn’t fault them at all . Both during check in, check out and throughout our stay. One thing I could say about our bedroom is, although the bathroom can do with some makeover our bedroom was very clean, heating system was hot which we appreciated. 🤗. It can be adjusted accordingly and there is also fan in the room. During breakfast, we were shown around the restaurant area by a very courteous staff thank you . The breakfast itself, sausages let it down slightly but everything else was perfect. During our stay , we used the spa facilities. Which is located outside the hotel building just a few steps away . Well equipped gym, and we enjoyed using the sauna and steam room throughout our stay. Such a beautiful hotel with many areas to sit and relax. We will definitely visit again when the weather is nice in order to walk around the beautiful grounds.

Slightly above average but wouldn’t rush to come back. Room felt a little neglected. Very busy with some sort of event on at the time of booking so was quite noisy. Health and wellness facilities were pretty decent and open a little later than they typically are at other hotels. Onsite parking is good.
