The owner is fantastic. The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. Older place, very well taken care of. WIFI is very slow. Best place to stay in Davenport.

Since new ownership this hotel has gone downhill. The room was dirty. The shower needs a deep scrub. You can see dirt build up in the tub. There's mold around the toilet and the bathroom light has dead bugs in it. It appears to get a lazy in-between cleaning per guest. Please invest in some good janitorial supplies. Needs some updated remodeling. The lampshade was broken. Really? The front desk was not very friendly even on the second day to get more towels, same blah attitude from the young girl. This place has become a hole in the wall dump. We will drive a little further into Airway Heights to get a better place to stay.

Mold in shower and on curtain. Bathroom door had holes in it. Bathroom light was flashing as the bulb was near its life. Bed was comfortable but bathroom needs a good cleaning and the curtain replaced.
