My 60th Birthday with family

We had a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our family. It does need some maintenance done to it, but nothing stopped us from enjoying our time. Whoever cleans the house could do a better job.

Quiet Bliss

First I have to compliment the owners. They give you a booklet that saves you time from looking for stuff. It tells you where everything is the wi-fi, the supermarket, restaurants, nice. The house was beautiful, the neighborhood awesome, the neighbor's great. If you are looking for a quiet piece of heaven after being in the park all day look no further you found it.

Beautiful Villa

Our family thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful home in a lovely gated community. It was very clean and we loved the private pool area backing onto the tropical forest. Great location to access everything in the Orlando area. Hope to be back again soon! Thank you for a fabulous vacation!

Almost perfect!

I'll preface this by saying the the owner is SUPER attentive and communicative and so, so nice!! He worked very hard to be sure things got taken care of while we were there and we were so grateful!!! None of the issues listed below were deal breakers. Just minor inconveniences that impacted the overall experience from time to time. 1) The check-in process was, unfortunately, pretty rough. The check-in instructions should be updated to reflect that guests MUST use the main gate (and provide address). Google maps automatically took us to the back gate, so the QR code didn't work and we couldn't get in. It was after dark when we arrived and the phone number to call isn't staffed after hours. This is an easy fix though- and I bet it'll be done in no time! 2) The grill is now locked, which isn't noted in the house guide. 3) The pool heater didn't work the first two days and since it was chilly overnight, the pool wasn't warm enough. Once the property manager came, we found out the problem was a tripped breaker. Again, an easy fix. 4) The house needs a few updates. There were a few plumbing/electrical issues that required a visit from property management. The sofas in the living room are a bit worse for the wear. The the two upstairs bathrooms need some attention: the blinds are discolored from years of exposure to dampness. As well, the shower heads spray water *everywhere*. New shower heads that allow better control would be perfect.

Beautiful home! Would love to return!

We traveled with our two baby girls and family. The home is beautiful inside and out! It is spacious, with high ceilings, and very clean. The rooms and beds are comfortable. The outside pool area is very nice and relaxing. The neighborhood is gated, quiet and safe, close to stores and restaurants, and a short drive to Disney parks/resort. The owners are wonderful – communication was excellent, they are very helpful and accommodating, and very quick to respond to any messages/questions. Wish we could have stayed longer! Would love to return soon! Thank you, Erik and Lynsey!!

Erik and Linsey were Incredible

It would be impossible to fully express the magnitude of appreciation I have for the owners of this home. From the very start, they knew that we were in the midst of an unfortunate situation because of the questions you answer when you request to book. They took this knowledge into consideration every step of the way and we’re extremely flexible, understanding, and went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. At one point, I noticed a chair on the patio was damaged and let him know (more so because I wanted them to know we weren’t responsible) and he ended up having a new set of chairs delivered the next day. I’m a property manager by profession so I know that they most certainly didn’t HAVE to be so accommodating, but they were. The house is beautiful, the beds were excellent, and the pool was amazing but it’s the customer service that really drove the whole experience over the top. I would go back 1000xs over because of that alone.

Exceptional experience

I traveled with my parents and kids and anytime you book a place online you always have that uncertainty if what they advise is true. Well in this case it was definitely true. The pictures didn’t do it enough justice. The house was beautifully kept inside and out. The place was spotless and amazing. My kids and I loved the pool we stayed in it all day and night. The neighborhood was quiet. The rooms were very spacious and comfortable. I would recommend this for a family of 4 or two families of four. It was enough space to enjoy family time together as well as if you just needed some quiet time. We would love to come back and stay again. Erik and Lynsey were wonderful to rent from. Thanks for everything and making our stay exceptional.

Better than described!

Very secure neighborhood. Lovely, clean and meticulous home. The home had everything we needed and then some. Our son definitely enjoyed the private pool at the house. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone staying in the area. I would definitely rent again. The owners were very quick to respond to any questions I had and even sent a quick guide to local restaurants and store, etc.

Disney Trip

Very quiet home to recharge at in-between days at Disney. Well layed out floor plan and very comfortable beds. Owners were very helpful and answered questions very quickly. We stayed too busy at disneyworld to utilize the pool or clubhouse amenities but they seemed very nice and would have been a great feature if we had been home more. Close to stores and restaurants. Drive to Disney was not bad at all, Google maps will maneuver you around any traffic issues as there are many ways to get there.

This was an excellent location. But the home needs some major attention!

Needs a total update and deep cleaning! We had fun despite of the condition. Walls are scuffed, furniture in disrepair, mold in bathrooms and the alarm going to the pool made going outside impossible with a 3 year old. Great location but home needs a lot of work!

Amazing host's, I had quite a lot of criteria for the home I had wanted to rent Erik and Lynsey were just amazing they responded to every question in a true and honest way! I stayed with them just for that I was confident in everything they told me. The house is a perfect getaway, it’s clean and nice in a beautiful area. The public amenities were simply amazing water slides and a lap pool all stunning and friendly I would highly recommend
