The room was good. The service around the front desk was exceptional. The room housekeeping could have been better. Also, there were parts of the room that seemed unkept. Overall, good place to stay in Davao City. Hotel has very good access to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel buffet was top notch. I recommend adding the buffet to your stay. The pool and fitness center were also very good and useful. Would I stay there again? Yes!

I have visited a few hotels in Davao and the Acacia Hotel was my second stay. I must say, it is an incredible hotel with excellent service. The staff are well-trained and friendly, and the rooms are amazing. The gym and food options are also great. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay in the area
