Great place to stay!

This was a great place to stay! It was about a 10 minute drive to either end of the beach or you could walk to the middle beach. The communication with the host was great! They were always very quick to respond. The only small negative was the bottom step outside was very high and we almost fell a couple of times. We would definitely stay here again!

Good Stay other than Bathroom

We had a good stay other than the bathroom where we had damp towels, rags that didn’t look like they had come clean in the wash and bathtub/showers that didn’t look it had been cleaned. The rest of the apartment was clean, smelled good and beautifully decorated. There were several beach options within a very short driving distance. We enjoyed our stay in Dauphin Island otherwise.

Shout out to Shane, for staying in touch.With the very few issues that we had. We had rented this for 30 days. What surprised me, is this being a fairly new place, with appliances or devices that didn’t work.Range Hood Exhaust, one Bathroom Exhaust. Also couldn’t get the Dishwasher to work properly. Oh well. From a walking perspective, you will be Fifteen minutes from the Beach. Great Place, Great Price. Too many stair steps, with no lift. (Tim & Susan V.)

Host is unresponsive. Communication was terrible. It was discovered two days after we were locked out of the property that the host was using an unknown (went to junk) email address that had not been communicated to us and we had no expectation to look for. Also the fact that we received email booking confirmation and updates from Vrbo/Expedia further ensured us that we could expect all reservation communication through Vrbo/Expedia and not in an unknown junk email. Host by their silence has refused to refund our stay.
