The primary suite, located off the living area, boasts a king-size bed and a private bathroom with walk-in shower. Great beach find! We wanted to stay somewhere unique while visiting Mobile and this island option was perfect! Clean, neat and spacious. Lighthouse Bakery is a must-do (get there before 10 so there are more options!) Visited Mobile Mansion, USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, Bellingrath Gardens. Then on to Gator Ranch in Pascagoula, Biloxi Lighthouse and Catch 110, Patio 44 in Gulfport and westward to New Orleans. Learned so much about the Gulf Coast area and this was such a great rental to have to kick it off!

The area is calm and peaceful, ideal for anyone looking to get away from the usual tourist spots. The house was nice. It's a bit more than a few steps away from the beach. It's a good 5 minute walk with a lot of stuff to carry..and there was only one hair dryer for 2 bathrooms and a cheese grater is needed lol but yes, we enjoyed it and if you plan on staying in for meals, hit a grocery store before getting to the island unless you can pay very high convenience prices.

Perfect place

The house was perfect for my friends and i. It was very clean and a couple minute walk to the beach. It was stocked with all the essentials but no coffee so bring your own. There is both a regular cofee maker and a Kuwrig.
