This is first ever stay at this hotel in Darwin, I’m really impressed with their customer service from concierge to restaurants everyone is so nice friendly. Personally Doreen at the restaurant, she made sure 5AM in the morning that I have got lactose free milk before I order my coffee on my way out, very kind of her, thanks Doreen, much appreciated. Basically everyone at Hilton is tirelessly working to meet or exceed customer satisfaction. I stayed in other Hilton’s and must admit their customer service is second to none. Looking forward to come back again and again. Keep up the great work!

Have had some patchy experiences with the Darwin Hilton. I've noted recently things are improving. Hotel facilities continue to improve, room amenities are great, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Possibly the one area that needs to improve is the restaurant. The quality of the breakfast is good, but somewhat limited. I'd prefer more variety of breakfast offerings, but being realistic that's probably not possible. The Darwin Hilton seems to attract the business traveler, and I have had many meetings over breakfast there. Could do with a rethink on their offering. On the whole, the Darwin Hilton delivers well for the business traveler, and is probably amongst the best Darwin has to offer.
I stayed here 15 nights at the end of November to December. The location is great, very close to a large grocery store called Coles and many restaurants and bars. Room was comfortable and you can easily make a dinner meal out of what is provided in the executive lounge. I needed extra pillows and hangers, one call and I had them in 5 minutes. My only complaint is that I can never seem to get my room cool enough. But this is Darwin and everything and everywhere is hot hot hot. Taxis were always available. I did use the laundry bag service and it was washed folded and delivered that same evening. If you’re going to Darwin on business, this is a great option.
I have stayed at Darwin Hilton monthly for the past year and have noticed some excellent enhancements to the property. Darwin is a remote location with a small choice of Hotels and some aging properties. Darwin Hilton stands out as modern, clean and comfortable, with refreshed rooms and a good executive floor/lounge. The main thing that has improved enormously is customer service. I found this to be both personal and proactive, with multiple staff checking in on my stays and to ensure comfort. The room service menu is fine and the fridge in your room is empty, allowing you to have your own supplies from local supermarkets. The pool is small but OK for a dip. Breakfast is good for a hotel in the Territory. The location is prime, close to everything. A call out to Guest Services Manager Francesco, who is a true customer service professional. He has greeted me for every stay and is often in contact prior to ask if there is anything that I would like ready on arrival. He is friendly, professional and service focused, a true asset to the property. Darwin Hilton has been on a journey, but I can see that the enhancements they have made this year make it an excellent property to relax and spend some time in.
Was disappointed at checkin - slow and was not provided information regarding the executive benefits! Car not brought at the time requested - why ask the night before!! But service got better with my stay!! Also new pool furniture (cushions) - pool looked to be refurbished- very nice!!
Reception staff on check in and check out were very pleasant and efficient. Allocated a Club room 1922 on 19th Floor, with a Darwin harbour view. Room was starting to look very dated. Pillows needed to be replaced and the bed linen was very thin and had reached its use by date. No extra pillows were provided in the room. Air conditioning was difficult to adjust. The Executive lounge on the 20th Floor was spacious and a good variety of hot and cold food was provided from 5:30pm to 7:30pm. An excellent variety of non alcoholic and alcoholic drinks were provided. Lounge staff were very attentive and efficient. The buffet breakfast was very average. There was a limited variety of fresh fruit. The same basic hot and cold food was provided on both mornings. The hot food was not hot. The made to order omelette was tasteless. The coffee from the machine was not drinkable. The breakfast dining room looked like a cafeteria, in a shopping centre food court. Please be aware if you wish to park a car / hire car, hotel valet parking at $35.00 per night is the only option. This charge is excessive for overnight parking. Hotel location is in the centre of the city. Not value for money.
Although the outside appearance is not that good, the service and décor inside the hotel was faultless. Rooms were excellent , staff were very efficient and we enjoyed the breakfasts provided. An overall enjoyable experience for a hotel in a good location.
We went here for a conference that was being held at this motel. Facilities were what you would expect at a Hilton. Centrality located so was easy access to restaurants ,bars, tours etc. A couple of blocks away from ocean views.
Our stay was fantastic. HH benefits were great. Good value for money. Cleanliness was top notch and we had a very nice harbor view. Breakfast dinner choices were excellent. Staff was very attentive and helpful. Recommend for any one.
