The communication with the manger was very poor. We were not given the instructions of how to get into the apartment and with international phone codes it was difficult to make contact with manger. Fortunately we had an Azzie phone in the group and were able to make contact after an hour of struggle.
The day before we were ready to leave, I called and asked for a late checkout (1PM VS 10AM). I was told by the manger that she would answer my request later that day. There was no response. The cleaners came at 10 the next morning and had not been informed of any changes. We had to hurry to get out and then wait in the heat for our ride that arrived at 12:30.

Refreshing relaxing in spacious peaceful surroundings. Lovely views and very well appointed. Cannot speak highly enough of the stay and the process and Lori was lovely to deal with.
