Adina Apartment Hotel Darwin Waterfront

4.5 out of 5.0

Recent guest reviews

Adina was perfectly located as it allowed us to enjoy a variety of restaurants, wave pool, lagoon and the nearby Bus Terminal provided access to all the places we wanted to visit in Darwin eg. CBD, pubs, markets, casino, sunsets, tour points, museums etc. A fabulous place. We will definitely be back.

This apartment hotel is very well placed for a few days in Darwin. The rooms have a mini kitchen and a nice view over the wave pool and harbour, The staff are very helpful and there are lots of restaurants near by, It is a relatively short walk to Darwin central area of Smith Street and near the passenger cruise terminal. Would have got 4* - but the airconditioning in the room went ALL NIGHT and it could not be turnrd off which meant that a cold breeze was blowing on you all night. Could not even be turned down. I spoke to management and they said that it was fixed that way in all rooms even though the hotel says that each room can control the A/C. We both ended up with colds because of it.

Very nice hotel. Good for location. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Pleasant staff on the front counter. All together a very good business hotel. Good views of the harbor form the rooms. Very good kitchenette allowing you to choose your eating experience in room, in the hotel or in the nearby restaurants or bars .

We spent four days in this beautiful hotel. The apartments were spacious with a well equipped kitchen, large fridge, tables & chairs, washer & dryer and everything else one would need on holiday. The Curves restaurant below was handy and very reasonably priced for light meals and breakfast although a trip to the IGA can make breakfast in your room very easy!. Many other great restaurants were nearby. The Wave pool was just outside the door on the Esplanade with other water activities available for families across the park. Staff very helpful at advising guests on the many activities available in Darwin.

Excellent location and hotel was good and easy, clean, staff amenable. We didn't eat there so can't comment on food. Everything pretty casual but efficient and easy to navigate the various aspects of the hotel. Good spot for a winter getaway, weather was glorious. Loved the palm trees!

Tired and in need of a revamp. Wonderful location, but standard of accommodation does not match. Being charged a credit card fee drives me mad! 76 cents is not worth losing customers, and I query the rationale.

Expensive, great location but nothing special. When you book a room with a view be warned that you may get a tree as your view that blocks everything else. Pool was undergoing alterations which was understandable but the hotel should have warned people about the chemicals used that came in to the rooms and in to the restaurant.

we have been for 5 days in an apartment and its a really fantastic concept that makes you feel like at home but in a vacation mode with real kitchen big fridge washing machine drier ect. darwin is lovely the location of the hotel is excellent and its very clean like you are the first one who lived there. the manager of the restaurant johnny & the chef all were lovely. i hope to come again very soon

Great location. Kids loved it as there was so much going on including wave pool and lagoon. Rooms very cleanly. Stayed in 2 adjoining rooms which worked well with fully equipped kitchenette. Only downside was some of the food at curve bar could be better. Would definitely stay there again.

This hotel is set in the most beautiful location. Close to everything you could need. That's about it though. The price for this hotel is not cheap however everything else in this hotel is. From check in the check out it was a disaster. From beds not being provided as per booking, to taxi's being booked and being told the wrong destination to coffee taking 45 minutes to be served. Absolute disaster!!!
