Apaprtment not clean. Strong bad odor on arrival from dirty back up water. Had to run the washing machine on hot washes every 5 hours or so to keep the smell down. Balcony had huge hornet nest. Informed landing, no person came to fix. Could not use big balcony. Amenities are very good. Location is perfect for us as a family of four. Size of apartment is perfect.
