Up to two dogs are allowed without approval, but more than two dogs require approval. If it is found that guests brought a pet/pets without disclosing them, the guest will be subject to a $150 fee on top of the pet fees for the number of pets brought.
Guests causing excessive noise or disturbances, including, but not limited to, underage drinking, partying, drug use, and exceeding max occupancy, will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS.

We had the best stay here. We were in town for my stepson’s wedding at Montaluce. The house was so close to all of the wineries. The house was clean and well equipped for our group. The fire pit on the back patio was a perfect place to unwind each evening when we got home from wedding festivities. If we ever need a place to stay in Dahlonega we will definitely stay here again!

I would stay here again and again. The house is fabulous! I would probably want to warn people to go to the square in Dahlonega then put in the address because they will want and need to come in from Oak Grove Rd to Ivy Terrace then J Mountain. Avoid Hamp Mill Rd to J Mountain.

It was a perfect place for a big group of friends. We love how spacious the living room and kitchen. The screenings porch was a highlight too. Our host was incredibly responsive and attentive, we had couple small trouble during our stay and the host responded to us through text instantly, which is amazing. We love our stay and definitely going to come back and stay here again.
