Price very expensive atending quality, grill in the restaurant extremely expensive, breakfast very poor, no internet in the room, in the lobby week, the cotines doesn't cut the day light. Noise of works. The staff is friendly and kind.

Everything in this resort/hotel is under renovation so we didn't get the room we booked instead they gave us 2 rooms that can accommodate 3 pax each since we're a total of 6 pax. However, the room amenities isn't in their best condition. What we like is that they offer free breakfast, every hotel has a happy hour, plus we really enjoyed the beach, the pool and the food and drinks.

I have stayed here for 6 days. Staffs are nice and I enjoyed diving with their dive shop. Very convenience near the ferry drop off point.

This place is rubbish.

Building and construction work in lies dormant. Even by Philippine beach standards the staff are badly lacking training. In all areas. No sea view. Back of swimming pools. And the door don’t shut on our room unless kicked hard . This hotel is called blue water. Not the malapascua dive resort so no one ever heard of it. You can’t find it. .

dont expect much

dont eat at restaurant the service is zero and order mistakes even free breakfast took 1/12 hours to arrive and only 5 people in attendance no staff training or they dont give a @@@@ bed was full of ants and filthy had to ask for another room on plus side its right on beach and close to good eating places sure there is better for 3k per night

Nachdem unsere Expediabuchung nicht korrekt bei Blue Water ankam mussten wir fĂŒr die erste Nacht in ein schlechteres Zimmer. Dieses Zimmer hatte einen Vorhang als BadtĂŒr und der Toilettensitz war gebrochen/stand ab. Außerdem roch die Klimaanlage nach Lösungsmittel- als sie endlich funktionierte. Einige Flecken auf der BettwĂ€sche rundeten das Ganze ab. Der Umzug in unser eigentliches Zimmer erfolgte spĂ€ter als versprochen. Dieses war schon deutlich liebevoller gestaltet. Bis auf den verrosteten Handtuchhalter im Bad wirkte es recht modern. Insgesamt war das Zimmer klein aber funktional. Das zugehörige Restaurant war in Ordnung, aber extrem langsam mit Wartezeiten zwischen 30 und 45 Minuten. Tauchen mit Blue Water können wir nicht empfehlen. Die Unstrukturiertheit macht sich auch hier bemerkbar! Sie hatten tagesausflugbedingt nicht ausreichend AusrĂŒstung in unserer GrĂ¶ĂŸe ĂŒbrig (Wetsuit, Flossen, Booties) und einige der Tarierjackets und Booties sahen sehr mitgenommen aus. Das Tauchbriefing war quasi nicht vorhanden, und der Tauchgide benahm sich Unterwasser eher rĂŒcksichtslos (viel rumstochern, zu viel shakern, langes Tauchen ĂŒber Sand etc.). Zu guter letzt sahen wir auch die Unstrukturiertheit bei der Buchhaltung. Wir mussten lange diskutieren, bis wir den Rabatt fĂŒr das inakzeptable gĂŒnstigere Zimmer bekommen haben. Zudem wurden zusĂ€tzliche TauchgĂ€nge abgerechnet, und Restaurantrechnungen waren nicht auffindbar. FĂŒr den Preis hatten wir mehr erwartet.

Hotellet heter egentligen "Blue water, varför ingen kÀnde till namnet frÄn vÄr bokning. Kartan pÄ hotels.com visar pÄ tok fel position, och det gick inte att komma fram pÄ hotellets nummer, varför det tog os ca40 minuters kÄnkande pÄ vÀskor fram och tillbaka, trots att vi hade stigit av bÄten precis framför den! "Stansard room" pÄ detta hotell verkar vara lÄg standard pÄ. Hade bokat ett sÄnt "poolside". Visade sig vara en hydda med en sÀng och fullstÀndigt undermÄligt badrum. Toalettstolen hade inte ens en sittring! Efter incheckning gick vi ut och Ät... vÀl tillbaka fanns det bÄde myror och skalbagge mitt i sÀngen. Vi blev dock uppgraderede till "junior-delux"... nÄgot finare, men i stort behov av smÄ reparationer. Duschen bestod av en plastkran och en minimal el-varmvattenberedare, kort slang och ingen upphÀngningsplats för duschmunstycket! Receptionisten var en allmÀnt sur, men korrekt kvinna, som oftast talade till synes privata samtal i telefon, varför det inte gick att komma fram för att höra var hotellet ligger...
