Came in around 11pm, staff was asleep, lights off, no AC in lobby or hallways. They couldn’t find my reservation. Got to room and bed was hard as a rock and whole place had a weird smell. Was told there was a cafe / bar on the 8th floor, when I went up around 11am it was just a breakfast place, they said they didn’t have coffee. Staff was nice enough.

We stayed for 4 nights. The room itself is a 4-star room. It is better than some of the 4-star hotel in HCM. It has great AC system that can be adjusted. The shower was great. The lights in the room were easily operated from the bedside. It has a chair and ottoman to relax. Besides the two night stands, it has two tables for makeup or laptop setups. It has a safe in the room but it is not bolted in the cabinet. The room can be better if the balcony is faced to the ferris wheel and dragon bridge. We has a higher floor but the other city view. There is no hair conditioner. The pool was great as I had the pool all by myself. I had to get the beach towels from the lobby instead at the pool. The free breakfast buffet was average and in limited supply. If you go later than 8:30am, it will not refill once the foods are taken. Maybe this triggers the 3.5 star rating. Lots of Korean stay at this hotel and the adjacent Lotte shopping center is tailored to their favorite customers.

A fantastic stay at this hotel. Spacious room, comfy bed and extremely clean. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I was blown away with the breakfast buffet options- amazing. Conveniently located steps away from Lotte shopping plaza. Would definitely stay here again

A gem of a hotel

The hotel room is spacious with 1 single bed and a queen size bed. The breakfast option are limited by delicious. The reception & breakfast staffs are friendly and accommodating. Just 3 minutes walk to Lotte Mall, make it convenient to get personal care items. There's a cafe (Xi Xi Coffee & Cake) infront of hotel that served good Salt Coffe, Coconut Coffe and Avocado Coconut Smoothie.

Nice hotel, great staff but poor locaton

The staff here are a real asset, very friendly and caring. The rooms are, spotless well appointed and comfortable. I believe the management however may need to review practices. The breakfast buffet is ok at best... empty plates and jugs sit empty at tables, first in best dressed it seems. Food and drinks are sparsely allocated... feels cheap and nasty rather than indulgent. Tables are not cleaned until you leave making eating spaces cluttered and unpleasant eating environments. Cleaning routines can be confusing, you can be out all day and return to messy room but when you return cleaners appear to clean! Pool towels must be borrowed from the first floor but the pool is on the 7th. This hotel feels cheap because of the management practices which is a pity. The location is also a problem for me. There are some shops and cafés but very few options and one must travel by taxi to reach markets and activities. Great staff but poor administration making this feel like a camp not a hotel. Really disappointing.

Really good quality for money. The room was big, a swimming pool and a terrace available. Breakfast was not great, as mainly Vietnamese food was available and I had to pay for the espresso, which was the only thing I wanted. The bar at the terrace only has juices and beers available, with no wine options. All personnel was friendly. On the downside the reception was really hot and without air on, the area surrounding the property still under development, but there is a big shopping centers at 2 min walk and we used the GRAB app to book the taxis and go around, which was still quite convenient. Overall it was good quality for money.

It was a nice and new building. Very nice and clean but the tub was too high and hard to get in for bath or shower. It can be dangerous for an elderly person. I almost feel couple of times.

Although a shopping mall and a few restaurants nearby, the center of the city is a bit far and not walkable to it. Staff are nice and helpful but the breakfast is so so. The property seems quite new.
