Staff was helpful and accommodating for our late arrival. Bathroom is small but well-stocked with good quality towels and toiletries. I found the firm bed comfortable. Fruit and other simple breakfast items are provided in the room. Could use less plastic, more compostable products.

Room 15 is very undesirable. It would be a fire hazard. Dark walkway between buildings. Not disclosed anywhere on any document. I discovered the bad room upon my arrival and would be remiss if I did not warn future guests to make sure you do not get room 15.

Ok

Michelle greeted me warmly, though I arrived much later than I wished. She listened to my concern of blocking out the sunrise and added towels to each window, nice. I wanted to take the bed home, it was so comfortable. It was a small room for one person, yet cozy comfortable. A nice breakfast waiting for me in the room was enjoyed.

Great tourist cabins and staff.

Individual cottage, quiet. Friendly staff. Unit is very small and old; No microwave. Not enough electrical outlets. Breakfast was minimal. Parking lot was dusty. Mattress was sagging. Bed smelled cigarette smoke.

it had some outdoor games available, corn hole and others.

It is a quaint little affordable motel. The owner is very wonderful and very responsive. A nice continental breakfast.

Really charming and quiet place. Its a little in the smaller side, but we have to keep in mind its a chalet, so it was expected. Staff were friendly and the place was clean. We really liked our stay there. :)

It was quaint and quiet. Michelle and her staff were so friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed. Check in and check out were streamlined. The room was ready to walk in when we arrived.

Small but comfortable. Lovely owner....so nice. Offered a continental breakfast. Within walking distance of shops. Nice area for our dog to walk.

This is wonderful MOTOR COURT in SW South Dakota. They have maintained a retro feel while still providing modern conveniences.

Excellent overall experience. Classic little cabins. Clean bath, fresh comfortable beds and an easy walk to downtown restaurants.

Quiet and excellent place to stay. Close to town and attractions surrounding area

It served its purpose for overnight lodging. Continental breakfast was minimal but OK for a morning start.

Thank you for staying with us and for providing feedback for your experience. Please accept our apology for any concerns you experienced with your room. Room 15 is a very popular room with other guests because of the privacy it affords and the quiet location it enjoys away from the street and parking area. We hope it gives you some comfort that all our rooms are fully inspected each year by the state department of health. We can only assume that when you described a concern about a fire hazard, you are referring to the illuminated breezeway access since there is no existing fire hazard anywhere in or near the building itself. As mentioned during your stay, you were/are always welcome to cancel your reservation at no charge if for any reason you were not entirely comfortable with your room.
