Staff was very helpful and the room was great. I do question the accessibility room being on the 2nd floor. If an issue happened that the elevators shut down stairs would be inaccessible for many IMO

We had a long stay in Custer to see all the sights. During our stay we had a variety of housekeeping. All days the towels were changed but only one day was our coffee resupplied. One day the bed wasn’t even made just new towels. Breakfast options were pretty much the same thing every day. I did notice while there that there were two clocks on the wall in the hotel lobby area and breakfast area that were not working (stuck on the same time) for the whole time we were there. I know it’s a small thing but it’s attention to those small details that would indicate exceptional management. Initially when seeing the breakfast clock I thought we were running late and then checked my phone time and realized that the clock wasn’t working. :/
