This was a lovely hotel to stay at. We loved the location as it was only a 15 min walk from the cathedral and main square but away from all the hustle and bustle. There is a slight uphill to get to the hotel but we actually enjoyed doing it every day. The staff is great and the cocoa tea in the lobby is a nice touch! They were amazing and let us store our bags overnight while we went up to Machu Picchu and let us hang around in the common areas after we checked out as we were waiting for a night bus. The outside courtyard is a fantastic addition to the hotel. Would definitely stay here again :)

Great Hotel, I just wish the cleaning staff would have turned in the t-shirt I left on the bed by mistake. At all times the front desk staff was wonderful, friendly and very helpful. The only thing that made me sad was after check out. By accident I had left a shirt of mine on the bed in our room, we returned to the hotel just a few hours later I asked if it had bee turned in by the staff, the front desk checked a book and there was no mention of it. I know it is just a shirt but I know exactly where it was left and I was very disappointed that it was not turned in.

We stayed here only for one night, and the overall impression was not good. The bathroom was not in good conditions, the toilett did not flush all the times and the door frame and door had no paint in some areas. The buffet breakfast was included on the price, but they where not able to prepare a couple of pancakes.

Thin paper walls, hotel perssonel will start their loudly chat early morning and use their walkie talkies at full will hear your neighbor flushing the toilet...etc. no black out curtains. The Casa Andina Standard Plaza is a much better hotel in this regard...

We recently stated at the Casa Andina in the San Blas neighborhood of Peru. The staff so was so friendly and the hotel is in a great location in San Blas. If you don't mind the up-hill walk (which we didn't), it is also a good location for the Cusco City Center. The hotel breakfast was great, as was the coca tea in the lobby. As mentioned, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They allowed us to keep our bags in back while we left for 2 days to go to Machu Picchu and Aguas Calientes. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great adventures went on many tours and learned a lot about the Inca people truly love Peru met a lot of wonderful people and the Inca Trail was unbelievable quite a challenge but well worth the reward of seeing Machu Picchu

What a tremendous experience we had. Everyone went out of their way to help us with everything ! We were treated like family. Any questions we had regarding site locations, directions or dining options were readily given to us.

The hotel was very nice and had a little courtyard area. The location was in the San Blas area of Cusco and was perfect for exploring and getting to restaurants and shopping. Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast started early so we could grab something before heading out for the day. We were told this was a three star hotel so we weren't sure what that would mean in Peru but I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

This is exactly what to expect from a Casa Andina Classic. No big surprises and no big disappointments. It basically delivers. The location was excellent! We got a room with a gorgeous views of the city, arranged by the friendly staff. My kids where sick and they kindly provided oxygen. The breakfast was basic but good. A nice touch was a lady weaving in the beautiful courtyard and selling her handy crafts. Overall a good experience but next time I would try something less standard and more typical Cusco.

The management and staff are very polite and helpful. Our reservations had to be changed because of Machu Pichu closure and the staff went out of their way to help us. Very nice hotel, well situated, would recommend it without any hesitation.
