This hotel is excellent! From check in until checkout, the staff was the most curtious, friendly, helpful staff I have ever encountered. Always greeting us with a smile and kind word. The room was spacious and beds extremely comfortable. Fun bar and great breakfast buffet. They can arrange local travel too. Highly recommend.

Very helpful staff, I was sick and they did send a paramedic from the hotel who diagnosed me with high altitude sickness. They didn't charge us for this service.
