Poor quality and misleading

Not so good! Old furniture with damaged corners and edges. A 3 beds room with the large bed against the wall and unable to fully open curtains also poor quality bedding covers and pillows, bedding covers were not the right size for queen sized bed. Shower door was place in the wrong spot, an accident can happen when opening and closing. Elevators and public areas walls were in need of a clean or fresh paint. Front desk agents were arrogant and full of themselves. Waiter Emilia went out of her way to serve us a good quality snack and a natural drink.

Staff not polite. Paid for a double bed room and was given two twins. When I complained, they said it was an issue with Orbitz, not with them. They said the hotel was full. No other options. Very dissapointing
