O check-in foi muito demorado, havia duas pessoas na recepção e eu era o quarto hóspede, sendo que quando cheguei, dois já estavam em atendimento. Levei 20 minutos para pegar a chave do quarto. Sugestão, façam checki-in antecipado no site. Esqueçam comer no hotel, pedi uma pizza, individual, comi metade e lixo pro resto. Terrível! Ifood sempre! Cama boa, as meninas são educadas, (mal treinadas mas gentis). Então, em resumo, um íbis, que é um clássico íbis, cobra pouco, oferece nada!

Detalhe que não tem a ver com hotel, a meia noite masculino só de cuecas tentava entrar no nosso quarto 358, chamei a portaria que constatou certa “confusão “ no hóspede que ficou trancado fora do quarto dele 370, sem chaves. Ficamos pouco tempo (apenas uma noite). O atendimento foi ágil e já fomos encaminhados para o quarto. O quarto é pequeno e o banheiro é minúsculo, mas o chuveiro e as toalhas são ótimas. Não tem sabonete em pedra no quarto, apenas líquido. Foi suficiente para o que precisávamos.
