For a “first time visitor” , Smith Lake is awarded 5 Stars and more. This home was perfect , cleaned, and cool.. no issues .. period Swimming pool was a great asset and also the Lily Pad The Dock was perfect to “ Hang out” and our rented Patroon Boat rested perfect.., since it was used constantly! Stepping stairs going up and down to the Lake .. were very doable and “ wear your Apple Watch” .. you will get your steps in for sure daily! Beds were beyond comfortable… and I loved the sheets ! Kitchen was stocked well… just a note: I think oven is “ Energy Efficient “…. Incase you are not familiar with this kind of appliance We have a LARGE family. The house was perfect! Don’t bring beach towels… there are plenty at this home !!

The perfect family getaway!

We enjoyed everything about our visit to Bella Vista! The location was great! We were ages 63-3 years old. The game room was enjoyed by all and the dock was a blast we especially enjoyed the LilyPad!, kayaks and paddle boards! When we were not on the lake the kids enjoyed the pool.The waffle bar was a nice touch!! The kids loved it! Our host Brandon was great to work with and the few issues we had were addressed quickly. We highly recommend Bella Vista at Smith Lake. The Hardin Family.

Great location and amenities' with gorgeous views!

Our stay at Bella Vista was outstanding! The house was extremely clean and had everything we needed and more. The pool area was great and gave us the hang out space we were hoping for as a family and friend group. The property manager was extremely helpful and the views were outstanding from morning to night. Highly recommend!

Lakeside fun

Our family ages 2 to 66 had a wonderful week. The house was super clean. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions. The owner has an app that is downloadable after the deposit is paid. It’s full of useful info. We loved it so much we have already rented for next year. The only negative is that there are a lot of steps down to the pool and the dock. The stairs did not bother us at all and are depicted in pictures.

Family Summer Lake Vacation

Perfect family getaway!

We could not have found a better place to celebrate my husband’s birthday! There was so much to do for everyone with pool activities, lake fun, and reflection time on one of the many decks. The coffee and waffle bar were an added bonus. I would highly recommend this property.

Such a fun week

Fall break from Nashville couldn't have been better! We loved the place- it was so clean and very comfortable for 4 adults and a group of kids ages 13-17. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The bathrooms were new and clean. A lot of attention went into the details and we appreciated it so much! We can't thank you enough for such a great family weekend! The only con I can come up with was the cleanliness of the entire pool deck. It was old, filled with leaves - leaves piled in the pool, wet leaves in all the furniture, not usable area at all and truly an eyesore. We joked about "not looking down" from the balconies - only straight out at the beautiful lake.

Fun with family and friends

We had a blast!! The location is so convenient. Close to the Highway, grocery, and immediate care clinic. It was spacious with one thank you of room for 8 adults and 3 kids. The kids loved the bunk room and tv setup. All of the beds were comfortable and it was a wonderful and relaxing trip for all. We were able to use the boathouse to dock our boat and there was room to park the truck and trailer along the side of the driveway although we had to back all the way down the road to get it in. Enjoyed all the amenities! Up to date and working. Very clean! Wash room was nice and big. Only suggestion would be a commercial ice maker. The owner was very nice and answered all of my questions promptly.
