BY THE SEA Culburra Beach, has everything you need to enjoy a fantastic beachside vacation. Situated in a quiet lane with flat easy beach access, just 50 metres away. BY THE SEA is a roomy 4 bedroom house ideal for big and small families. The backyard is fully fenced and the beach offers set off-leash times making it the perfect house to bring your pet.

The large upstairs deck with access directly from the main living area, enhances the enjoyment of outdoor entertaining. Fantastic for eating outside or relaxing in the sun with a good book, coffee or refreshing drink. The new large flat plate BBQ is perfect for a big cook up with family & friends.

Grab your towel and head to the beach for an early morning walk or stay for the day - no car required!! With the beach entrance just 50 metres away you can come and go as you please. After a long day at the beach, you can enjoy a relaxing bath in the large spa bath located in the main bathroom. Separate toilet/shower facilities on the downstairs level make this house perfect for two families.

The recently refurbished kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, including basic pantry items, cooking equipment and utensils. Connect to your streaming accounts on the Smart TV upstairs. The rumpus room downstairs is great for the kids to play and get away to watch TV or a DVD. And the 'ping pong' table is sure to get a workout when you need a break from the sun.

Comfortably decorated with 4 bedrooms consisting of 2 Queen bedrooms, one room with a triple bunk (double on the bottom, single on top) and one with single bunk bed, plus a spare mattress if needed. The rooms will be made up ready for your arrival including bath towels. There is a portable cot and highchair on site to save you packing your own.

You will find selection of beach toys and sand equipment including boogie boards, buckets and spades etc which you are most welcome to use.

WHAT TO SEE AND DO

Culburra has two surf beaches, Warrain and Culburra Beach. Warrain is patrolled by the local SLSC club year round. Culburra Beach is patrolled at peak times through the summer only.

The area is surrounded by a lake where you will find plenty of good fishing spots and places to launch your boat. and while you're there see if you can spot the gorgeous black swans during certain times of the year.

Culburra's local shops are just a 5 minutes drive from the house, and include a large Woolworths supermarket where you can stock up on supply's at your convenience. There is also a Chinese restaurant (great for take-away), pizzeria, a couple of great cafe's, bakery, pharmacy and newsagents plus more.

There are lots of mountain bike trails and walks to take in the fresh air or stroll along the long stretch of beaches. Also, visit the lighthouse at Crookhaven heads (about a 15 mins walk each way). You might be lucky enough to spot some seals, dolphins or even a whale.

Only 2.5 hours from Sydney, 15 min from Nowra and 30 minutes from Berry, Kangaroo Valley and Jervis Bay. Take a drive to local areas such as Callala Bay and Callala Beach, Currawong and Huskisson to see more of what the south coast has to offer.

Enjoy a lovely dinner at the renowned Butter Factory restaurant, (located a short drive from Culburra Beach). Culburra also has a local Bowling Club, they have a pick up and drop off service, just make a call and they will come and collect you in their bus and drop you back home. Visit lovely Greenwell Point's Bowling Club for a bistro meal or visit their Chinese Restaurant.

There is plenty to do if you seek it out or just sit back and relax...
