This clean, simple and modern style 2-bedroom air-conditioned cottage will ensure your comfort, providing a calming sensation, listening to the sound of the waves whilst sleeping or relaxing at home. A large, spacious verandah extending the width of the house awaits you at the back. You have the extra room for that perfect outdoor living with spectacular sunsets as a backdrop. A great family holiday, romantic getaway or flexcation.

Wonderful Beach Break
We recently stayed at Carmens Beach House with our family of 5, including three young children. The house is exactly as described and has a great vibe. It is super clean and beautifully presented.
The lounge and master bedroom are wonderfully light filled and the entire house exceeded our expectation. It was lovely to eat dinner on the large deck after a day of exploring.
The position of the house is close to the beach and nearby shops for food and coffee and only a short dive to Jervis Bay.
Carmen was very helpful and the booking and check in process was seamless. We would have no hessitation in re-booking if we are ever in the area again.

Beautiful beachside spot
We stayed for four nights over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed it. Carmen was a great host, easy to communicate with and armed us with all the right info. It’s comfortable, conveniently located to the beach and a little shop for supplies. The huge block leaves plenty of space for cars and activities, and the kitchen is well stocked. The rooms are great, we loved the king bed with plenty of room for a cot in the corner. We loved spending our time out on the deck the most, listening to the ocean and enjoying the sunshine. Would highly recommend staying at Summer Breeze!
