This waterfront estate checks all the boxes and is beautifully decorated inside and out.

Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with an unobstructed view of Cudjoe Bay this home is perfectly positioned in “Fisherman’s Paradise”.

The main living space of the home is located on second floor and has an open floor plan with spacious accommodation, beautiful balcony with outdoor seating, large pool, fire pit with chairs and a boat dock to accommodate up to a 45’ boat!

Inside the home you will find:

Living Room: Couches and seating with large flat screen TV and French doors for views of the water.

Kitchen: Spacious kitchen with breakfast bar & seating.

Dining Room: Formal dining for up to 8 guests.

Master Bedroom: With king bed, work area, flat screen tv, walk in closet, en-suite bathroom with large his & hers vanity, jacuzzi tub and shower.

Guest Bedroom: With queen size bed and chest of drawers

Guest Bedroom: With full over full size bunk beds and flat screen tv.
