Quiet Riverfront House with Private Sandy Beach. Close to Colonial Williamsburg.

"Very well kept home, very clean. We went prepared with cleaning products, trash bags, tissue paper etc. they had everything there. When placing grocery orders for delivery the drivers went to the next street over so have your phone to help them get back to you have them take 2 rights and they will be at the house. we loved the peace and quiet that the property gave. The space was perfect for all of us. Had everything you need to cook. We took a crockpot and made meals in them as we were right at the beach. The kids loved the beach all day and at night they watched the moon. Neighbors were very friendly and accepting of the people coming in. Very quiet and relaxing!!! We are waiting to book again for next year! About 25 mins to Busch Gardens and about an 1hr and 20 to Virginia Beach. By boat about 1 hr. We totally loved the community beach its very private, we were down there by ourselves. Which is very enjoyable when traveling with kids. My 4 yr and 7 m old grandkids enjoyed it. Did not have to worry about where they are in a crowd of people at a very busy beach. Can't wait til next year!!! We are already counting down our days!!! Thank you very much to Greg he is wonderful to work with!!!"
