All additional amenities including the golf cart, kayaks and row boat are subject to availability, must be reserved and paid for in advance. SLEEPS 1 to 4 guests. No more than 4 total guests are allowed on the premises without written approval and permission from host in writing. Games, toys, beach chairs, linens, towels are included.
