Melissa, our host, was welcoming and helpful, though everything was set up and easy to access, such as location, address and entry access code. The condo has a fabulous marsh view with the river in the distance downstairs and an even better view of the river from upstairs. Loved watching birds in the sawgrass and the trees and boats going up and down the river. Condo is conveniently laid out and comfortable, great kitchen, comfortable bed, hot shower, great wifi and TV. This small condo complex has charm and is far enough out to enjoy the natural environment of the nature coast yet close enough in to find restaurants and groceries. We could not have asked for more and give it top rating. We would love to stay here again.

Beautiful and spotless property! Everything we needed for a quiet weekend away to enjoy nature and manatees. The area is quiet and the view is incredible. Host was quick to reply to any questions and check in/out was simple. It was chilly while we were there but we would love to be back when it's warmer to spend more time on the porch.
