Perfectly as advertised. More than enough place for a small group to enjoy themselves and have privacy, too. We wish we had time to use the kayaks and outdoor amenities, as they looked amazing! Close to key locations for manatee swims, fishing, and other adventures

Great spot! Perfect for a small group. Loved access to kayaks (in order to launch you do need to walk a little ways) and we did a little fishing which was awesome. Clean and solid communication. The Internet was finicky and down during our stay, but that's not what vacation is about for us.
