This spacious 2 bedroom and 1 bath cottage on Lake Rouseau has everything you need to for a great vacation. Bring your fishing gear or just spend time relaxing. It is located on Crystal River’s premier large base lake. The convenience of the nearby boat ramp will make your fishing easy and fun. You will also have direct access to the Gulf of Mexico from that ramp. Bike or walk the area trails. There are 2 kayaks and a canoe for your use. How about a round of golf after a little fishing, so don’t forget your clubs. There are several championship courses nearby. The open concept of this home is comfortable and great for entertaining. To really appreciate the cottage, take a moment to view our photos. This is truly a place to take pleasure in the outdoors, fishing, hiking, boating or simply watching the sunset.

Our 3rd visits to this lovely property. Amy is very accommodating and makes sure everything is up to par.We love the view of Lake Rosseau. Always a treat for us, so quiet and peaceful. The fenced in yard is so great for our senior dog. She loves being able to be outside - a definite plus for us.Can't wait until we are able to return again. We had an amazing few days with our family. The home was cozy, very well kept, and we loved that it was fully stocked with everything we needed. Amy was extremely responsive and truly an amazing host. The only downside was that the fishing wasn’t very good as we didn’t catch anything. Overall, we had the best time and would absolutely recommend staying here!

The home was very nice with open living/dining area. We were able to connect to the Wi-Fi easily and enjoyed the back yard area with the beautiful views, sunsets and nature. The house was wonderfully placed along the south shore of Lake Rousseau, with kayaks for our use. The house had two bedrooms, TV room, screen porch, and large kitchen-dining room combo. The furniture was good--the bed comfortable. We did not understand how to work the toaster oven and had trouble with roku TV but otherwise enjoyed the comforts and appliances of the house.
