Round 2 Scalloping

Stayed at this property a few weeks back with family and friends for opening season and 4th of July. Great place and location - so much so, that I rented it again to take a few friends and work colleagues for their first time scalloping. Everyone had a blast. House is clean, very well stocked, and the layout is ideal with a large central open area for folks to gather. Thanks for being part of 2 great Crystal River weeks this year!

Perfect for what we needed

This house was perfect for our annualScalloping trip. It was decorated cute and my kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. We would love to rent this house again in the future.

Great house with great hosts

We had an amazing vacation at this house. The house was very nice, well stocked and in a great location. We brought our boat and docked it right behind the house. All the necessary amenities were available. The hosts were very gracious and had great communication. Would definitely recommend!

Great house and hosts

After our first VRBO cancelled on us 2 days before our stay we found this house and we’re glad we did. They were nice and accommodating on a very short notice. The house is fully stocked with everything you need from extra garbage bags, paper products, soap, lotion and other extras. We reached out to the hosts and not only did they respond but showed up to make sure everything was ok. Our trip to Crystal River is yearly and will definitely consider rebooking this house again.

Fishing Visit

We had a lovely stay. The house suited our needs perfectly. After speaking with a neighbor, I learned we were just a few streets away from a lovely Sate Park and some archeological ruins. I enjoyed a nice, safe jog while my boys fished with a local guide (the purpose of our trip). Overall, it was a nice, quiet visit.

Wonderful Place

I have stayed in many VRBO’s and I have to say, this was one of the best well stocked homes I’ve rented! Pool was heated and was wonderful! Very clean house and hosts were great!! We all enjoyed our stay. The only thing I was uncomfortable with was the 2 cameras in the pool area. The one on front porch was fine.

Beautiful Home!!

We truly enjoyed staying here!! The home itself is beautiful, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It’s also in an amazing location. We loved going to see the nearby Native American archeological park and trails, and we were a short distance from other local attractions. Would definitely stay here again!

Amazing

Our stay was amazing. Before arriving I asked if a tree could be put up for Christmas so when our grandkids came over for Christmas Eve to open presents. They put up a tree and more they decorated small touches of Christmas throughout the house. We will definitely be staying again and recommending it to everyone. Lastly the home is clean and has anything you would need.

Great space and location

This house has a great layout for hanging out with family, cooking, and enjoying the amenities. The pool was nice although took some time to heat due to the unseasonably cold weather! The kids enjoyed playing with the pool table, using the kayaks, and there were board games provided as well. Communication was great with the owners and there were responsive to any needs or questions we had.

Perfect timing

Our family of 6 loved this stay. The pool was excellent! Very spacious for all of us to play and relax in. The fishing was super cool. Our youngest fished for hours….caught bass, blue gill, snook, snapper, shark, pin fish, toadfish, and catfish. The kayaks were fun. Many games of pool were played. We stopped in at Beans and Greens several times. The coffee and the food were yummy! Loved seeing the springs. My boys went on a charter with Captain Jayce of Crystal River sport fishing and had a blast! We enjoyed the drive to Pecks restaurant. This vacation turned out to be even better than expected. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Great family stay with easy water access

Spent Thanksgiving week here with family. Excellent dock space for our boat with direct access to Crystal River estuary fishing. Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen. Super wide-screen TV for the football games. Host was super helpful and always answered messages promptly. Perfect stay!

Comfortable stay

Enjoyed staying at the house for an extended time. House has been remodeled and well cared for. The kitchen is fantastic with top grade appliances if you like to cook. Has a nice open layout from kitchen to family room to outside. Beautiful backyard on the water. Very comfortable place to relax and close to local activities in town. Easy water access at the dock for kayaking, boating or paddle board. There are abundant fish, turtles and crabs in the water at the dock.
