Adjoining the bathroom is a large walk in closet. Enjoy a cup of coffee with a Keurig coffee maker. Full kitchen with all major appliances available. This unit is on a dead end road in a residential neighborhood, with the owners living in the main home close by. 2 dogs present in yard with 2 cats that may come say hello. We are located 12 minutes from Cumberland Mountain State Park, 10 minutes from I-40, 20 minutes from the new Flatrock Motorsports Park, 8 minutes from Oaklawn Farms, 13 minutes from Brady Mountain wedding venue, 15 minutes from Homestead 32 wedding venue, and 20 minutes from Dogwood Meadows wedding venue. The entire Bungalow is available to you. The laundry is downstairs in the garage. The garage is not part of the listing but if you need the laundry we will set up your door code to work the laundry door upon request. There is also a 50 amp circuit in the garage that can be used with your charger to charge an EV. My number is written down on the refrigerator. Don’t hesitate to call or text with any issues.
