After a very stressful week and half of travel and being bounced around by a moving company, the staff at this hotel recognized our level of stress and went out of their way to make us feel better and more relaxed.
Waited a long time to check in, no one answered front desk call, no attendant at check out. Good breakfast and clean room.
This is a modern and clean facility. Great Breakfast. But most importantly, the staff always makes me feel like I'm an old friend visiting. We always choose to stay here when in the area
Staff was friendly and the room was very nice along with the open lobby area for myself and friends to play some cards. Overall very impressed with the location and staff during our stay
this is by far one of the nicest hotels i ever stayed in. the rooms were large and very well kept. all the workers were very nice and helpful. the breakfast was remakable. the only thing i can say negitive was they are remodling and the paint smell was a little strong at times. i cant complain about that though because thats why its such a nice hotel, they take care of it. i will defiantly stay there again

Staff was polite and efficient, especially the person in the breakfast area.(didn't get her name) Pool, according to my wife, was a little cold. Mentioned to staff and maintenance man said the pool was kept at 80 degrees. Would have been nice to have the small fridge and microwave in the rooms.
We like the rooms and the location was nice, but when checking in , we looked at the indoor pool and hot tub which had a strong chlorine odor (fairly common for indoor pools/hot tubs. We went to our room and smelled the chlorine, but thought it was because we had gone into the pool area. We decided not to jump in the pool or hot tub since we arrived late and went out for dinner. At about 3 am I had to ask for another room because the odor of chlorine was still strong in our room. We aren't sure if it was due to the placement of our room to the pool area downstairs or something with ventilation. At 3 am we really weren't willing to start an investigation. We were immediately moved and upgraded to a similar room and had a great nights sleep. I would encourage others to change rooms immediately if you smell the odor, but they were friendly and made the remainder of our stay comfortable. The breakfast was nice and the staff was friendly.
Staff very friendly and helpful when needed. One problem and they were right on it and corrected it within minutes. Very pleased.
Enjoyed using the pool, hot tub. Had a large room with comfy beds.
