This character, three-storey, terraced property is situated in the heart of the seaside town of Cromer, and just a minutes’ walk away from the seafront promenade, pier and beach. The property is comfortably furnished and well-equipped, boasting a cosy wood burner in the living room. The property has been refurbished to offer everyday day living comforts, yet retains its original character and charm. Cromer town centre has a wealth of shops, cafés, restaurants, the Amazona Zoo, Royal National Lifeboat Institution Museum, an 18-hole golf course and pier. The neighbouring coastal town of Sheringham is only 4 miles away and offers a beach, Splash Leisure Pool, The Poppy Line steam railway, cliff top golf course, shops, cafes and restaurants. Blakeney Quay is 13 miles away, whilst Holkham Hall and beach is 23 miles away. The property is within an easy drive of the RSPB Bird and Nature Reserves at Cley, Morston and Blakeney. There are coastal paths and country lanes close by providing excellent walking and cycling opportunities. Beach 10 yards. Shop, pub and restaurant 10 yards.
