The primary guest booking a stay must be 25 years of age or older.

A Rental Agreement will be forwarded to guest once a booking has been made. Copies of Government-issued photo identification for all guests and signed rental agreement is required prior to check in.

Lawn care takes place every other Monday. Please ensure all games, lawn furniture, and debris are cleared from the lawn.

The property uses private well water for drinking and daily use. The water is tested per state recommendations and is safe to use. Sometimes odors from the water can be noticeable after a period of low water use which is not a threat to human health. We have provided few bottled waters in the fridge for your convenience.
